Historic cold in Cuba:
The lowest temperature today was +1.5C at Indio Hatuey, only 0.9C from the official all time low of Cuba.

Historic cold also in the eastern town of Guantanamo with 9.9C (AP):it's the lowest temperature ever recorded.
